About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth for its institutional on-chain liquidity layer. This role is pivotal in driving institutional and DeFi adoption, with a focus on turning product-market fit into repeatable revenue. The successful candidate will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the revenue engine through enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and global ecosystem development. Key responsibilities include defining ideal customer profiles, setting quarterly OKRs, and revenue targets, as well as creating and managing the full sales funnel. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with negotiating commercial terms, crafting the product narrative, and scaling the necessary infrastructure to support the growth.
Applicants must have 7-12+ years' experience in B2B growth, sales, or business development, particularly in the areas of crypto infrastructure, fintech, capital markets tech, or B2B SaaS selling into financial institutions. A proven track record in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and experience in scaling a Go-To-Market motion are essential. The role requires a leader with executive presence, commercial fluency, and a builder's bias, capable of engaging with C-suite, risk, and legal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, including stablecoins, tokenized funds, custody, KYC/AML, and on/off-ramps, and be able to translate technical aspects into clear business impact.
