About the Role

The Company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and expand its commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue growth, developing innovative go-to-market plans, and positioning the organization as a leader in the building materials and digital solutions industries. Key responsibilities for this role include defining and executing the commercial strategy to meet ambitious sales targets, leading and mentoring the sales team, and aligning with cross-functional partners to ensure product-market fit and customer success. The role also involves enterprise business development, building and strengthening relationships with large enterprise customers, and expanding into international markets.

Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a proven track record in enterprise sales and commercial leadership, with a blend of experience in digital/SaaS and building materials industries being preferred. Strong communication, technical sales skills, and a background in B2B enterprise sales, product launches, and international sales operations are essential. The role requires a candidate who can leverage digital fluency to deliver sales credibility across multiple sectors and is adept at exploring new opportunities in B2B, IoT, SaaS, and construction/logistics domains. While not mandatory, certifications in sales leadership, digital or SaaS-related credentials, and project management or strategy are considered advantageous.
