The Vice President will be instrumental in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, as well as providing strategic insights to professional services and systems integration. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in business development within the Federal Government sector, with a proven track record of success. Experience in selling PaaS, SaaS, or professional services in a contact center solutions environment is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation technologies, including cloud, data, AI, and automation, and the ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams and the ability to shape offerings to be more attractive to Federal Government agencies are also key responsibilities.
