About the Role

The Company is seeking an RVP for its strategic sales team, with a focus on building and leading a high-performing enterprise sales team that targets CIOs and CMOs at Fortune 100/Global 1000 companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing and iterating on sales processes, and continuously improving the way the company serves its enterprise customers. This role requires a builder mentality, a sense of curiosity, and the ability to create champions in the AI writing space. The RVP will be expected to deliver against sales targets, hire and develop top sales talent, and foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales team.

Applicants for the RVP position should have at least 8 years of experience in SaaS, with a minimum of 5 years leading enterprise sales teams targeting Fortune 100 accounts. The role demands a highly strategic individual with deep experience in consultative, large-enterprise customer selling, and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be operationally excellent, with a hands-on approach to building and executing a value-based sales process. They must also have a strong background in working with C-suite stakeholders and be adept at driving efficiency through process improvement and systems. A builder mentality, a passion for the transformative potential of generative AI, and the ability to model integrity, attitude, and a sense of urgency are essential for this senior leadership role.
