About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Operations for the North American region. The successful candidate will be tasked with the oversight and optimization of the company's operational functions, with a focus on supply chain management, supply planning, logistics, distribution, and customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, a proven track record in managing large-scale operations, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a high-paced, growing environment. The Head of Operations will work closely with the North American CEO, Global COO, and other leaders to ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and the smooth execution of the company's growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Operations include supply chain management from procurement to delivery, maintaining relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners, and overseeing the supply planning function to meet customer demands. The role also involves managing the distribution and order process, building and optimizing logistics networks, and leading a team to foster a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be adept at juggling multiple projects, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across functions. A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years' experience in operational disciplines within the CPG industry, preferably in food or nutrition products.
