The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in setting the strategic direction, managing sales performance, and driving growth across assigned regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional sales forecasting, pipeline management, and overall business health assessment. They will also be tasked with setting both strategic and tactical sales direction, leading advanced-stage sales meetings, and collaborating with various departments to ensure sales success and market expansion. The role demands a close partnership with executive leadership, field sales teams, and cross-functional departments, as well as the representation of the company at industry and prospect events.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 10 years of healthcare sales experience, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales goals.
