About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales with a strong background in P&L ownership, new business acquisition, account development, and distribution management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a US sales team, including 5 Director-level direct reports, and will play a key role in product development input, business planning, category management, and pricing strategy. The role requires a leader who is adept at team management, coaching, and prioritization of resources to maximize results. The Head of Sales will also be expected to be critically inquisquisitive, action-oriented, and take ownership of the US volume, with a focus on planning, execution, and achieving business plan goals.
