The Company is seeking a VP, Brand Strategy with a strong background in pharmaceutical advertising and marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of foundational brand strategies, including core brand positioning, value propositions, and strategic messaging platforms for product launches and inline growth across therapeutic areas. This role requires a deep understanding of both HCP and DTC/Patient audiences, and the ability to translate research and data into actionable, audience-centric strategies. The VP will also conduct competitive and market analyses to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and will partner with various teams to ensure the brand strategy is effectively integrated into omnichannel marketing plans.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in brand strategy or brand planning within a pharmaceutical agency, with a proven track record in leading major product launch strategies and managing multiple brands. Expertise in HCP and DTC marketing strategies for pharmaceuticals is essential, as is experience with market research methodologies, data analysis, and the ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information into marketing strategies. The role demands a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication and presentation abilities. The VP will also be expected to have strong leadership capabilities, including experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of strategic professionals.
