About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Data to spearhead its data strategy, with a focus on transforming raw data into a dynamic resource for informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovative product development. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire data lifecycle, from establishing a robust data governance framework to leading the modernization of the data ecosystem, including data warehouses, lakes, and ETL pipelines. This role demands a leader who can not only define the data roadmap and vision but also ensure that all data practices align with relevant financial regulations. The VP of Data will work closely with cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders to manage data products, drive the business intelligence function, and oversee the company's data and machine learning strategy.
