About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Asset Management to lead the performance, strategy, and value creation efforts across its diverse portfolio of real estate assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive asset management strategies, optimizing portfolio value, and ensuring operational excellence across various property types. This executive will also be tasked with overseeing business plans at the asset level, leading a team of asset managers, and monitoring property and portfolio performance through rigorous financial analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, development, finance, and investor relations, is essential, as is the ability to present regular reports to senior leadership and investors.
Applicants for the Head of Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or Master’s in Real Estate preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate asset management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-asset portfolios with a focus on value creation and performance optimization. Strong financial acumen, analytical capability, and expertise in financial modeling and underwriting are essential.
