About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the organization. This high-impact leadership position acts as an extension of the CEO, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the leadership team is aligned with the firm's vision and goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic planning, executing CEO-driven initiatives, and maintaining oversight of the firm's priority tracking. They will also serve as a liaison between the CEO and the leadership team, providing strategic counsel, and preparing executive briefings. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), a minimum of 5-7 years' of experience in executive leadership, operations, or strategic roles, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include acting as the CEO's proxy in various interactions, ensuring that quarterly priorities are in line with long-term initiatives, and maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools. They must be able to handle competing priorities, travel as needed, and be adept at influencing others. The role also involves partnering with the CEO on organizational development activities, such as designing organizational structures and defining leadership roles.
