About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Growth Strategy with a strong background in data, AI, and analytics to lead firmwide initiatives that drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to identify opportunities in client, operational, and financial data, and for employing statistical and predictive modeling techniques to inform decision-making and forecast business outcomes. This role requires a strategic innovator who can design and lead growth pilots, define success metrics, and ensure that these initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic priorities. The Vice President will also be tasked with program management, executive communications, and mentoring team members in the application of AI and analytics to achieve measurable business impact.

Applicants for the Vice President of Growth Strategy position at the company should hold an MBA, preferably with a focus on strategy, analytics, or technology management, and have at least 8 years of experience in relevant leadership roles, ideally within the financial services, wealth management, or business consulting sectors. The role demands a candidate who is AI-native, with a proven track record of using AI and advanced analytics to drive business growth and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, technologically fluent, and results-oriented, with a strong emphasis on action, measurement, and continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as the role involves preparing and delivering executive and board-level materials, as well as developing compelling narratives to communicate the company's growth strategy.
