The successful candidate will be a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing B2B SaaS sales teams. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to combine automation with authenticity in the rapidly evolving landscape of social media engagement. The VP of Sales will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, from hiring and onboarding new team members to coaching and performance management. They will also be instrumental in designing and refining the sales process, implementing a sales methodology, and ensuring strong CRM discipline. The role demands a strong operator with excellent outbound and enterprise go-to-market skills, and the ability to lead the team in strategic, high-stakes conversations to close enterprise deals.
The ideal candidate for the VP of Sales position at the company will be a strong leader with a focus on performance management, a strategic thinker with the ability to partner cross-functionally, and a confident professional with high integrity. Key responsibilities include leading the team in outbound strategy, territory planning, and deal leadership, as well as collaborating with RevOps on the sales tech stack and revenue infrastructure. The role requires a candidate who is highly organized, process-driven, and can own the sales forecasting and pipeline rigor. The VP of Sales will also be expected to bring structured feedback from the field to marketing, product, and customer experience, and to provide data-driven recommendations to the leadership team. This is a remote role, and the right person can be based anywhere, as long as they can work hours aligned with selling to North America.
