About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and data-driven Head of Growth to lead the top-of-funnel engine, multi-channel demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the company-level growth strategy, building a predictable pipeline engine across various customer segments, and designing and optimizing multi-channel programs. This role is pivotal in shaping how advanced engineering organizations discover and adopt the company's AI-native simulation technologies, and the Head of Growth will be at the forefront of this transformation.

Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a proven track record in growth, demand generation, revenue marketing, or growth strategy within a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience and be adept at scaling GTM motions, particularly in the $10-100M ARR stage. Deep familiarity with enterprise SaaS GTM, including ABM, multi-threaded outbound, and ecosystem-led growth, is essential. The role requires a strong operator with analytics fluency, capable of driving alignment across GTM leadership and establishing operational excellence. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Partnerships is key, as is the ability to influence stakeholders and turn product insights into measurable growth levers. Experience in deep tech, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, engineering tools, or complex technical ecosystems is a bonus.
