About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to play a pivotal role in the organization's expansion and sustainability. This senior leadership position is a hands-on, multifaceted role that combines strategic planning, revenue generation, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that encompasses philanthropy, government, and earned income. This includes leading the charge in diversifying revenue streams, with a focus on scaling the organization and positioning it as a leader in its field. The Chief Growth Officer will work closely with the executive team to shape the overall strategy, build and manage revenue forecasts, and design KPIs to track progress. A key aspect of the role is to lead the team in cultivating and stewarding relationships with major funders, as well as identifying and managing government funding opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising or generating significant revenue across multiple streams, with at least 15 years' experience in senior leadership roles. They should possess strong strategic and operational skills, be adept at leading cross-functional projects, and have a background in nonprofit financial management. Experience in workforce development, re-entry, or economic mobility programs is a plus, as is a background in both philanthropy and earned-revenue models. The role requires a builder mindset, closer energy, operator discipline, and a deep commitment to the mission. The Chief Growth Officer will be instrumental in turning the organization's current momentum into sustained, diversified revenue, and must be ready to create a system that will endure and thrive.
