Responsibilities

• Prepare Tentative Maps and Site Plans from a desk using AutoCAD.
• Create exhibits and Concept Land Plans.
• Support residential land development projects.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of AutoCAD Design experience.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Civil Land Planning design OR architectural planning design.
• Experience in preparation of Tentative Maps and Site Plans, exhibits, and Concept Land Plans.
• Understand grading, site plan, utility design, entitlements.
• Experience with designing Site Plans.
• 1 year GIS experience and/or advanced GIS training.
• Degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Land development experience – supporting residential or commercial land development projects.
• Experience in AutoCAD doing Grading, Utility Plans, Hydraulics, hydrology.
