Who We Are Looking For
VML seeks an experienced Senior Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this role you will produce broadcast work and content for social platforms, websites, and other digital and interactive media. A strong voice, a deep understanding of social media, and a passion for leveraging technology to push the boundaries of digital and social advertising are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Conceptualize and craft new solutions for a digital world, collaborating with Art Directors, Copywriters, UX Designers, Animators, and other team members.
- Partner with creative leads to present, defend, and refine work while meeting client needs and ensuring timely deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
- Showcase fearlessness in the face of ambiguity, spearheading campaign ideas, social tactics, and marketing activations, bringing proactive ideas to the table.

What You’ll Need
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience within a social or digital agency, or equivalent.
- Mastery‑level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, or another 3D package.
- Curiosity, desire to learn and constantly improve.
- Self‑motivation and ability to keep projects moving, even when working solo.
- Adaptability to evolving creative assignments while maintaining quality.
- Quick thinker, able to develop concepts and deliver creative solutions on tight schedules.
- Ability to work under minimal direction.
- Grace under pressure, strong people skills, and utmost integrity.
- Knowledge & experience of the finishing process, codecs, raw video files, exporting, transcoding, and compression.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organized, dependable, knowledgeable, and detail oriented.
- Positive attitude with capacity to go beyond clients’ initial ask.

Base Salary: $60,000—$140,000 USD. Compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
