Video Producer
Location:
Hybrid in Culver City, CA
Schedule: 40 hours
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Pay: $77-$79.42hr, DOE

The Planet Group is looking for a Video Producer to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 3-month contract, working a hybrid schedule out of their Culver City, CA office.

Video Producer Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in video production, with a significant focus on managing complex projects involving live-action production and visual effects (VFX)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end video content production, from concept development to final delivery
  • Deep understanding of video production pipelines, post-production workflows, VFX processes, and the intricacies of live-action production
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Wrike, Keynote, and AirTable, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) to effectively oversee production workflows
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Proficiency in creating project documentation, including scopes of work, estimates, and production schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production challenges creatively and effectively, ensuring project continuity and quality
Video Producer Description:
  • Spearhead the development and execution of exceptional video and visual effects (VFX) content
  • Guide projects from initial ideation through to final delivery, ensuring every piece of content is strategically aligned, creatively excellent, and technically polished
  • Expertly manage multiple projects concurrently, navigating tight deadlines while maintaining the highest creative standards.
  • Own all aspects of project coordination
  • Schedule meetings and document progress
  • Meticulously define project scopes
  • Manage critical administrative processes like estimates, Purchase Orders, and Statements of Work
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors
  • Coordinate reviews, organize deliverables, and ensure seamless communication and timely feedback
  • Champion an inclusive and collaborative approach to troubleshoot day-to-day issues and production challenges, ensuring smooth workflows
