Location: On-Site

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 a year

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position allows you to contribute to exciting and challenging projects with a tight knit, experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take-offs from plans.
• Estimating project costs and material costs.
• Prequalification submittals, schedules and other submittals required for bids.
• Researching projects out for bid.
• Staying up to date on projects coming up for bid.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Construction Management, Building Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience Estimating in highways, bridges, marine work, or another heavy & civil construction field.
• Proficiency in Estimating software such as HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, Agtek, etc.
• Strong understanding of heavy civil projects and requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
