What You Will Get To Do:

  • Responsible for evaluating, verifying, and processing service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker/dealer operations, or client Fund/Stock groups.
  • Processes mutual fund and/or stock transactions and maintains shareholder records.
  • Has a thorough understanding of mutual fund/stock operations.
  • Accepts, records, processes, and troubleshoots requests from shareowners, institutions, the NSCC, the DTC, and/or broker/dealers.
  • Staff leader of primarily business support representatives who work on issues of limited scope.
  • Evaluates issues within the context of established practices and procedures to assign tasks and provide direction and guidance in daily team activities.
  • May spend a portion of time performing the individual tasks of the unit.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimally requires a Masters degree, Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
