Marketing Manager Sr

As a Marketing Manager Sr within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in a Marketing Hub for PNC. In this role, you will:
- Lead the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel, strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels.
- Develop value proposition for key segments and sub-segments, incorporating key messages for relevant products
- Work with market research to identify audience insights and mindset
- Understand personas and decision makers and develop journey maps
- Work with sales leadership to identify marketing opportunities at each stage of the sales funnel
- Develop data-driven acquisition and retention campaigns, ensuring focus on measurement/ROI
- Develop content strategy and produce thought leadership for target segments and sub-segments
- Produce quarterly newsletters targeting strategic audiences
- Develop prospect experience on PNC.com and maintain content updates for LOB
- Partner with digital, social and paid media teams to execute paid search, SEO, paid social and paid media
- Lead agency management and coordination
- Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
- Manage activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
- Responsible for performance management, continuous coaching and development of employees to ensure that they can achieve business results and adapt to evolving business marketing strategies and financial industry changes
