Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely for shipment.
- Label packages correctly for shipping carriers.
- Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required, following Logistics guidelines.
- Ensure consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, order packing, or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Commitment to following Logistics operational standards.
