• Managing the course development timeline to ensure timely completion of video units.
• Ensuring adherence to Manning's teaching guidelines throughout the video courses.
• Reporting project status and content assessments to publishers, acquisition editors, development managers, and other Manning staff.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of editorial standards and procedures.
• Occasionally assisting with tasks related to course marketing.
