We are looking for someone who can create compelling, relevant, and interactive news segments that showcase our personalities. The Morning Producer must be a great communicator and a collaborator. You must be someone who can see the big picture, as well as someone with an eye for details./ppDuties/Responsibilities:/pulliSelect and prioritize stories that provide our viewers with a mix of news, talkers, and sports relevant to the Ozarks./liliWork with managers to execute the morning strategy that includes a mix of content from broadcast (traditional), website (fresh/visual), social media (interactive), and CTV (streaming app)./liliWrite concise and conversational stories. Pace and energy are critical./liliProduce error-free work. Must be a stickler for details./liliLeads during severe weather and breaking news coverage./liliCommunicate and collaborate professionally and respectfully with your coworkers./li/ulpQualifications/Requirements:/pulliCollege degree in journalism or a related field, and experience with broadcast and digital storytelling./liliMust have a desire to win, a positive attitude, and the ability to reflect on your work and apply feedback./liliAbility to research and employ critical thinking skills to dig beyond the headline and verify incoming emails and news tips./liliStrong time management skills are essential.
