Position Description

**This position is for the Topeka, KS office only** Assist Estimating and Preconstruction Team with coordinating contract documents: plans, specifications, addenda, bid forms, etc. Initiate document setup for bidding projects and prepare drawings in Bluebeam Monitor Estimating E-Mail and assist with communication regarding bid invitations Answer inbound telephone calls Maintain database software and assist with file maintenance Assist with proposal and pre-qualification materials as needed Coordinate with administrative team members to accomplish daily tasks Assist related companies/departments with special projects The freedom to complete work assignments with as much or little support as needed Position Requirements

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to work well with others Motivation to learn and succeed
