Dietary Aide
who takes pride in supporting quality care and enjoys being part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Position Overview: Dietary Aide
The
Dietary Aide
plays an important role in resident care by supporting meal preparation, service, and sanitation. This position helps ensure residents receive safe, nutritious meals in a clean and welcoming dining environment.
What You'll Do:
Support meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery Keep work areas, equipment, tables, and floors clean and sanitary Wash dishes and utensils; collect soiled items and properly store clean items Review meal trays for accuracy according to menus and diet orders Store raw and leftover food safely and correctly Follow all universal precautions, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures Work some weekends and holidays as part of the team rotation What We're Looking For:
A patient, respectful, and positive attitude when working with older adults and individuals with disabilities Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable, dependable, and able to perform the essential functions of the role What We Offer:
