What You'll Do
Coordinate
Medicare and Medicaid enrollment, re-enrollment, and updates
for providers Prepare, submit, and follow up on payer enrollment applications Ensure compliance with all Medicare and Medicaid enrollment guidelines Request and maintain
NPI numbers
and provider files Serve as a key liaison between
insurance carriers, billing vendors, practices, and patients Monitor accounts receivable and review payments to help maximize reimbursement Research and resolve outstanding claims, appeals, and non-payment issues Generate reports to identify enrollment or provider number discrepancies Review managed care contracts for accurate billing and payment terms Educate internal staff on enrollment-related corrections in a positive, collaborative way Review and manage Athena correspondence related to enrollment and billing What We're Looking For
High School Diploma
(proof of education required) 1-3 years of payer/provider enrollment experience Strong working knowledge of
Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care enrollment processes Proficiency with
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes through to completion Why You'll Love It Here
