What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll:
Greet and serve guests with a friendly, positive attitude
Accurately prepare and serve ice cream, beverages, and bakery items
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
Restock supplies and keep the shop organized
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
What We're Looking For
Friendly, reliable, and eager to provide excellent customer service
Able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
At least 16 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
