Customer Service Representative, Bilingual - $22 per hour
Northbrook, IL | Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

leading company in Northbrook , has partnered with us to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a warehouse/manufacturing setting and is passionate about customer service.
What you will do: Enter and process customer orders Answer phone calls and respond to emails Coordinate scheduling and support production priorities Assist with customer inquiries and delivery logistics Monitor and support inventory tasks What we look for:
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment (REQUIRED) Bilingual (English & Spanish)
strongly preferred Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities
