About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP Commercial Portfolio Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the origination and underwriting of commercial, franchise, and owner-occupied commercial real estate loans, as well as managing client relationships. This role involves analyzing loan data, preparing reports and opinions for loan officers, performing credit inquiries, and working closely with the Relationship Manager on proposals and loan approval presentations. The VP Commercial Portfolio Manager will also be involved in the generation and review of loan documents and coordinating loan closings.
