Responsibilities Creative Execution & Design Leadership Collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer / Creative Director during brainstorms to refine concepts and campaign direction. Translate direction into high-impact design: campaign layouts, typography systems, packaging, homepage assets, email templates, social graphics, and brand visuals. Serve as the hands-on senior designer for hero brand initiatives. Provide thoughtful, taste-driven design direction and feedback to the creative team. Photoshoot Execution Transform campaign concepts into shot lists & storyboarding, model selection, styling + posing direction, set design/prop notes, and lighting + mood direction. Lead on-set shoot flow and execution. Review selects and direct retouching for campaign imagery and video, social content, product page and ghost imagery, and editorial/lifestyle storytelling. Production & Shoot Logistics Under your leadership, your department will oversee the full execution pipeline, including: Model + Talent Management Casting, booking, and coordinating communication. Ensuring talent aligns with brand representation and emotional storytelling needs. Product Fit & Styling Prep Checking fit, ensuring garments photograph beautifully. Steaming, pinning, prepping, and transporting all product. Managing all variants, sizes, and key pieces for shoots. Venue & Location Scouting Researching and pitching locations aligned with the creative theme and season. Booking venues and managing access + logistical needs. Photoshoot Team Coordination Hiring and coordinating: Photographers & videographers Stylists & hair/makeup Production assistants Creating call sheets and pre-production plans. Post-Production Managing selects delivery, retouching direction, and file organization for all image types. Brand Identity & Consistency Help finalize and uphold the brand guidetypography, color, photography direction, layout rules, usage guidelines, and tone alignment. Ensure all creative touchpoints reflect Ivy Citys emotional and nostalgic aesthetic across the website, social media, paid ads, email, wholesale, packaging, retail spaces, and print & collateral. Brand + Customer Obsession Develop a deep understanding of who we are as a brandour values, emotional tone, story themes, and aesthetic DNA. Immerse in who our customer is, what she cares about, and how Ivy City fits into her life. Champion meaningful storytelling that connects emotionally with the customer through campaign imagery, social media content, reels/videos, emails, and product page narratives. Ensure every asset answers: What story are we telling, and how does this deepen our connection with the customer? Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with: Paid Marketing for ad creative direction + high-performing, brand-aligned assets. Brand Marketing for holistic campaign narratives and messaging alignment. Email Team for campaign email visual direction and storytelling moments. Product Team to understand campaign direction, key product stories, and upcoming launches. Social Team to bring campaigns and storytelling to life across feeds, stories, and reels. Team Leadership & Oversight Lead and mentor the Production Coordinator, Graphic Designers, and future hires to the department. Delegate tasks, give feedback, nurture growth, and enforce brand excellence. Maintain a creative team culture of craftsmanship, collaboration, organization, and storytelling. Creative Systems, Files & Workflow Oversee all creative file organization and accessibility. Maintain systems for asset libraries, social content folders, campaign archives, photoshoot selects, and naming conventions + templates. Ensure cross-functional teams can easily access what they need. Project & Timeline Management Own timelines for photoshoots, campaign builds, social content creative, e-commerce assets, and product launches.
