Strong understanding of e-sports culture and community dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and analytics tools. Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events. Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Familiarity with trends and developments in the e-sports and gaming sectors.
