Instructional Designer Job at ATech Placement in Alpharetta

We are looking for an Instructional Designer who develops innovative, engaging learning solutions using our learning design standards and tools. The role emphasizes gile design approaches to meet the learning needs of our associates and clients across multiple business lines.

No two days are the same - responsibilities include creating design documents, testing and deploying content, conducting needs assessments, establishing training plans, overseeing translations, measuring results, and more. This work should appeal to multi-generational talent and modern learners while partnering with others throughout the learning organization.
• Apply innovative instructional design thinking.
• Adapt to changing business requirements with agile approaches.
• Design holistic learning solutions that meet learner needs and business goals.
• Develop learning materials across modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, etc.).
• Measure learning outcomes to ensure business impact.
• Champion continuous learning and improvement of ADP standards.
• 5 + years of experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing.
• Experience designing and developing training for multiple modalities.
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects and deadlines.

• A college degree isn't required but can be advantageous - skills and experience matter more.

• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., rticulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Synthesia).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Litmos).
• Basic graphic design experience.
