SUMMARY
This position would be responsible for documenting SOP's, conducting, and documenting Quality related investigations through to completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Special Projects Assist in companywide activities associated with the position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma
Previous technical writing experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and correspondence. Effective communication/comprehension skills - verbal and written.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to physically count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
REASONING ABILILTY
Ability to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.

- Deviations
- Customer Complaints
- Process CAR's
- Audit CAR's
- SOP's
- Conducting, and documenting interviews, investigations, and research associated with the above listed documents.

- The ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
