Join Drata in building the world's most advanced security and compliance automation platform. As Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be the customer‑facing technical expert for our marquee enterprise logos, driving implementation, advocacy, and continuous improvement.
Job Summary
You own end‑to‑end technical implementation, work collaboratively with Engineering and Product, and help customers achieve continuous compliance. You build trust with complex customers, guide internal teams, and contribute to product strategy.
What You'll Do
- Drive retention and expansion through technical expertise, thought leadership, and product roadmap advocacy.
- Increase customer understanding of Drata’s technical functionality and self‑sufficiency.
- Reduce support cases and engineering escalations with sound design and clear communication.
- Own end‑to‑end implementation for our largest customers.
- Serve as trusted partner for GRC, security, and engineering leaders.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Surface data‑driven insights and inform roadmap.
- Act as platform expert across integrations, APIs, webhooks, desktop apps, logging, database architecture, and scripting.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on specialization areas: identity, SSO, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, SaaS platforms.
- Scope and deploy Drata setup with Sales Engineers and Implementation Managers.
- Publish architecture diagrams and best‑practice guides.
- Execute, test, and deploy customizations, configurations, and data migrations.
- Develop internal code to reduce manual tasks and bridge roadmap gaps.
- Participate in UAT sessions with Product for real‑world use cases.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of post‑sales solutions architect experience in B2B SaaS.
- Minimum 5 years in security or compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.).
- Proven success with enterprise customers and C‑suite engagement.
- Hands‑on development on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with desktop environments across Windows, macOS, Linux, and Chrome OS.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript, ReactJS, Python, and scripting (Bash, Shell).
- Track record of collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams.
- Ability to build trust and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Background in mentoring peers and developing team capabilities.
- Drive end‑to‑end technical solutions and advocate for customer needs.

Competitive base salary, variable compensation, and a total compensation range of $224,000‑$277,000 OTE.
