A Marketing Specialist is sought by a traditional Chinese medicine and dietary supplements importation and distribution company in Maspeth, NY to enhance market position in East Coast. Collect and analyze demographic, geographic, and psychographic data using SQL, Tableau, and Python/R to build detailed consumer profiles for the East Coast market, focusing on age, income, cultural background, and health concerns influencing purchase behavior. Monitor competitors marketing strategies, pricing models, and product offerings; generate monthly and quarterly reports using Tableau and statistical tools (e.g., regression models in R/Python) to identify market trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in consumer health priorities. Perform comparative studies to uncover unmet needs and underserved segments within the TCM and dietary supplement sectors, leveraging quantitative methods such as A/B testing and cluster analysis to identify niche opportunities. Collect and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and direct interactions, using Python/R and structured SQL queries to extract insights and support product development with data-backed recommendations. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns tailored to key demographics, applying A/B testing frameworks to optimize messaging and engagement. Write, edit, and manage educational marketing materials including blogs, videos, brochures, and articles; collaborate cross-functionally with product and analytics teams to ensure content aligns with consumer needs and campaign goals. Manage SEO/PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and execute targeted social media strategies; analyze performance data using Tableau and Python to refine targeting and maximize conversion rates. Design segmented email marketing campaigns using audience insights derived from SQL-driven segmentation and A/B tested content, improving engagement across different customer groups.
