Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities Kitchen prep (cutting meat and vegetables, preparing food for service, maintenance of event food levels).
Percentage of time 60 Duties/Responsibilities Prepare custom food for specific outlets within the Center.
Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities Keep preparation and work stations clean and organized.
Percentage of time 15 Duties/Responsibilities Occasionally work with staff to help plate up and move plated banquets meals to event area.
