DPLM Database Administrator

You will be the Database Administrator & Application Developer for the dPLM Program Team. Our team drives the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of mission critical databases that support Lockheed Martin's product life cycle management initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing As the Database Administrator & Application Developer you will be responsible for building, tuning, and safeguarding our Oracle and SAP HANA environments while delivering high impact SQL and reporting solutions. You'll partner with engineers, program managers, and customers to ensure data is reliable, secure, and readily available across development, test, staging, and production systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and SQL code for large relational systems.
- Develop, modify, and maintain Crystal Reports and user interface elements to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Perform database loading, health monitoring, and proactive/reactive issue resolution.
- Plan and execute upgrades, backups, recovery strategies, and environment transitions (dev ? test ? stage ? prod).
- Create and manage user accounts, assign appropriate access, and enforce security and integrity controls.
- Lead program wide working groups, facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) reviews, and prioritize change requests.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, ad hoc queries, and data mining activities to support decision making.
- Document policies, procedures, and standards for database management and transaction monitoring.
