What This Job Involves

As a Senior Product Manager at JLLT, you’ll play a critical role in executing our product strategy and roadmap for our Leasing business. Partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders, you’ll help turn vision into reality—driving the delivery of products and experiences that make our brokers and clients more effective. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on cross‑functional problem solving, execution excellence, and is excited to help shape and scale new capabilities—including those powered by AI—within one of the world’s largest commercial real‑estate organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute against the product strategy and roadmap, turning vision into actionable work through clear user stories, well‑defined requirements, and thoughtful prioritization.
  • Lead discovery and execution, turning customer pain points and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate across disciplines (engineering, design, data, operations, business teams) to move initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Champion the voice of the customer—especially brokers and business development teams—ensuring we solve meaningful problems that create real value.
  • Explore emerging technologies, including integrating AI capabilities like intelligent assistants, agentic workflows, and automation to elevate user experience and efficiency.
  • Use data and insights to make informed product decisions, run experiments, and continuously optimize.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role, with direct involvement in building and shipping products.
  • Strong execution skills with a proven ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful products.
  • User‑first mindset and ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.

Bonus

  • Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or sales/business development enablement tools such as CRMs, lead management platforms, or pipeline management systems.
  • Experience building or integrating AI‑powered features such as intelligent assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows.
