Location: Hybrid (Onsite required first 90 days) Reporting: Daily (5 days/week) Compensation: $120,000 base Role Overview We’re hiring a Technical SEO Manager to own hands‑on execution across a high‑volume CPG e‑commerce website . This role is built for someone who understands product‑driven SEO , complex category and PDP structures, and how technical decisions directly impact revenue, discoverability, and conversion . What You’ll Be Responsible For Owning technical SEO performance across product, collection, and content pages Improving crawlability, indexation, and site health at scale Partnering with developers, product, and marketing teams to implement fixes Maintaining strong SEO foundations across templates, filters, and faceted navigation Monitoring performance and validating improvements using SEO tooling Delivering clear daily progress updates and weekly summaries tied to outcomes What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Technical SEO within CPG or e‑commerce Hands‑on work with large product catalogs and dynamic URLs Strong understanding of: Crawl budget and index control for e‑commerce sites Structured data for products, reviews, and collections Internal linking strategies that support category depth and PDP performance Canonicals, redirects, robots directives, and pagination Comfortable working in a high‑accountability, execution‑driven environment Able to communicate clearly with developers, product managers, and leadership Tools & Experience Experience with tools such as: Google Search Console Screaming Frog / Sitebulb Ahrefs / SEMrush Log file analysis tools Shopify / custom e‑commerce CMS (plus) Work Structure Onsite required for the first 90 days Hybrid flexibility may be discussed based on performance Daily reporting and execution tracking required What This Role Is Not Not a strategy‑only or audit‑only position Not an agency or freelance role Not an entry‑level SEO role Why This Role You’ll have direct ownership over technical SEO that impacts revenue , not just traffic.
