URGENT: Elder Care Provider Wanted - Seeking Live In Caregiver — Private Room +

We are hiring a reliable, experienced live-in caregiver for our 78-year-old mother in a private home in Hollywood Hills / Laurel Canyon. She is a fall risk, has difficulty walking, and requires steady supervision, hands-on assistance, and kind companionship. This is a caregiver position. Please do not reply if you are primarily seeking housing. Schedule Live-in coverage for ~3.5 days per week (exact days to be discussed) (you would have the live-in room full-time). You must be comfortable being present and attentive due to fall risk. Responsibilities (core) Constant safety supervision / fall prevention Bathroom assistance incontinence care Shower assistance at least 3x/week Meal prep and help with serving meals/hydration Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, tidy environment (mother’s room kitchen) Maintain cleanliness/tidiness in your own bedroom and bathroom Driving required: doctor appointments, grocery store 1–2x/week, occasional outings/errands Warm companionship and respectful communication Non-negotiable requirements Prior caregiving experience (professional or significant family caregiving) Must have your own car, valid driver’s license, and safe driving record Comfortable assisting with mobility / transfers and fall prevention Job and prior landlord references Background check CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain) House rules No smoking No pets No overnight guests No drinking on shift Compensation / living arrangement Private bedroom private bathroom $800/month stipend (Details will be discussed to ensure expectations are clear and safe for everyone.)
