Digital Ads Specialist Job at Natural Renewals in Chicago

Natural Renewals is a Chicago-based wellness brand. We have a validated product (My Moss Sea Moss Gel), a strong existing customer base, and the inventory to scale.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Media Buyer to take over our paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok. We don’t need a generic social media manager; we need a revenue generator who obsessively tracks conversion, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

The Role

You will not just be "managing ads." You are responsible for profitable customer acquisition. You will own the strategy, the creative direction, and the execution. You'll frequently collaborate with our Social Media & Growth Manager to synthesize efforts ad maximize reach.

Your 3 Core KPIs:

1. ROAS Efficiency: Maintaining profitability while scaling spend.
2. CAC Reduction: Testing angles/hooks to lower the cost of acquiring a customer.
3. LTV/Retention: Structuring offers that drive repeat orders (subscription/bundles), not just one-off sales.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily on Meta (Facebook/IG) and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Creative Strategy & Execution: You are not waiting for us to hand you assets. You are identifying winning hooks, editing UGC, writing direct-response copy, and iterating on creatives that stop the scroll.
• Data Analysis: Deep diving into the numbers. You know the difference between click-through rate and conversion rate, and you know which one pays the bills.
• Offer Testing: A/B testing landing pages, bundles, and pricing strategies to maximize Average Order Value (AOV).

Who You Are

• You have receipts: You can show us a dashboard where you took a brand from $X to $Y with a profitable ROAS.
• You are a creative scientist: You understand that in 2025, the creative is the targeting. You know how to make ads that look native to the platform.
• You are financially literate: You understand margins and Break-Even ROAS. You don't spend money just to get "likes."

Requirements

• Proven track record managing $3k–$5k+ monthly ad spend with profitable results (Health/Wellness/Supplements niche preferred).
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (InShot, Adobe, CapCut, Premiere, etc.) to remix creative assets.
• Ability to communicate complex data simply (Weekly reporting on Spend, Revenue, ROAS, CPA).

Compensation: $2,000/month Retainer + Aggressive Performance Bonuses (Uncapped based on ROAS & Scaled Spend)
