Job Summary Adam Lippes is seeking a creative and strategically minded Junior Art Director to join our Creative Services team. This role supports the visual development of shoots (campaigns, lookbooks, ecommerce), digital marketing content (emails, paid advertisements, website assets), on-set production, and printed materials. The Junior Art Director plays a pivotal role on a growing team shaping the look and feel of our content. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a deep understanding of fashion, cultural trends, and digital platforms. This individual will be equally comfortable concepting high-level campaign ideas, building presentation decks, assisting on photoshoots, and able to manage projects with multiple timelines independently. Key Responsibilities Support the Art Director in concepting and executing innovative, brand-elevating visual assets. Help build campaign decks, including visual research, mood boards, concept development, and layout refinement. Assist Art Director on-set for e-commerce and editorial photoshoots, ensuring creative excellence. Under the Art Director’s direction, lead the production of brand marketing emails, paid digital assets, digital lookbooks, invitations, and visual materials for events and special projects. Concept content for social media channels. Assist with post-production work to manage retouching needs and ensure final assets align with creative intent. Regularly explore new visual styles and creative approaches to enhance campaign storytelling and franchise identity across all platforms. Stay attuned to current trends in fashion, photography, art, and design to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team. Ability to cover day-to-day running of the brand creative needs when the Art Director is traveling. Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in art direction and/or graphic design, ideally within the fashion industry. Proven track record of assisting in developing compelling creative concepts and bringing them to life across channels. Excellent layout, typography, and composition skills. Ability to develop polished creative decks and articulate concepts to internal stakeholders. Understand social media platforms and how to tailor content for various digital formats. Familiarity with production workflows, post-production processes, and photo asset management. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote; Figma a plus. Passion for fashion, design, photography, and emerging creative technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
