Job Description: ThinkTell Junction We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals. As an integral part of our event planning and execution team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the logistics and operations of events. Responsibilities: Assist with set-up and breakdown of event spaces Provide excellent customer service to attendees and clients Manage registration and check-in processes Ensure all event materials and supplies are organized and available Assist in guiding attendees and providing information about the event Monitor event activities to ensure a smooth operation Skills Required: Must be at least 18 years old Previous experience in event planning or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Physically capable of lifting and moving event equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Benefits: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $30 per hour.
