Join Our Team as a Event Specialist at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team and drive the planning and execution of various events that engage and excite our audience. As an Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences through meticulous planning and innovative strategies. Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging event concepts according to budgetary and client requirements Coordinate logistics for various events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio/visual needs Generate and manage event timelines and budgets to ensure all aspects are executed on schedule Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration Develop promotional materials and manage event marketing strategies Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably 3+ years Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and vendors effectively Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: Competitive hourly wage: $19 - $23 per hour.
