## Principal User Experience Designer, TandemThis is a unique position to join a fast-moving team within Autodesk building out a new market segment. We areseeking a Principal Designer with strong SaaS and data visualization experience who is passionate about building great products. Reporting to the Manager & Experience Architect for our Tandem, you will work on designing features and workflows to support digital twin builders and building operators for the Tandem Digital Twin platform such as designing dashboards, viewer experience and user management.* 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience working with cross-functional agile teams* Excellent interaction, information architecture, and visual design skills. You have no problem visualizing solutions with wireframes, visual designs, journey maps, and prototypes* Strong presentation and communication skills. You can effectively present work to everyone from customers, to teammates, and executives and understand how to tailor communication style and content based on the audience* Desire to work autonomously, own projects from end to end, and collaborate with globally distributed agile teams in a fast-moving environment* Experience with modern human-centered design best practices and customer interaction methods, and highly skilled in facilitation and design thinking* Expert in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, Sketch, or similar* Systems thinker that can make connections between disparate product experiences* Online design portfolio that demonstrates how you solve complex design challenges* Experience with 3D products like game design or architectural software* Experience designing for data-rich or complex products and interactions such as CRM, dashboards, or healthcare* Experience defining and building design systems* Plus de 7 ans d'exprience professionnelle en conception UX/UI au sein d'quipes agiles interfonctionnelles* Excellentes comptences en matire d'interaction, d'architecture de l'information et de conception visuelle. Vous n'avez aucun problme visualiser des solutions l'aide de wireframes, de conceptions visuelles, de cartes de parcours et de prototypes* Solides comptences en matire de prsentation et de communication. Vous tes capable de prsenter efficacement votre travail tous, des clients aux collgues en passant par les dirigeants, et vous savez adapter votre style de communication et votre contenu en fonction de votre public* Envie de travailler de manire autonome, de mener bien des projets de bout en bout et de collaborer avec des quipes agiles rparties dans le monde entier dans un environnement en constante volution* Exprience des meilleures pratiques modernes en matire de conception centre sur l'humain et des mthodes d'interaction avec les clients, et comptences avances en matire de facilitation et de design thinking* Expert en outils de conception et de prototypage tels que Figma, Framer, Sketch ou similaires* Esprit systmique capable d'tablir des liens entre des expriences produit disparates* Portfolio de conception en ligne dmontrant votre capacit rsoudre des dfis de conception complexes* Exprience avec des produits 3D tels que la conception de jeux ou les logiciels d'architecture* Exprience dans la conception de produits et d'interactions riches en donnes ou complexes tels que les CRM, les tableaux de bord ou les soins de sant* Exprience dans la dfinition et la cration de systmes de conception
