Reliable attendance, professionalism, and prior sales or customer service experience
Evening and weekend availability
Availability for the following shifts:
Mon–Fri: 6:30am–2pm or 2pm–9:15pm
Sat & Sun: 7:30am–1pm or 1pm–6:15pm
What You’ll Do: As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of the studio and play a key role in creating memorable experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
Driving membership sales confidently in a commission-based atmosphere
Connecting with leads through our CRM using upbeat, proactive outreach
Educating guests on the benefits of infrared sauna + red light therapy
Booking appointments and setting follow-ups
Delivering warm, polished guest service that makes every member feel welcome
Conducting engaging studio tours for first-time guests
Answering questions about services, memberships, and amenities
Maintaining a pristine studio environment, including turning over sauna rooms
Organizing and managing towel inventory and cold towel preparation
