Python Developer - Remote Contract Job at Mindlance in Rutherford

Minimum 15+ years of data analytics experience in core development using Python and database technologies. Strong hands-on Python coding skill with experience in Bigdata environments, intellectual curiosity to stay abreast of technological and data analytics. Strong knowledge of PySpark, SQL/PLSQL, and Kafka. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven track record of building and deploying data analytics solutions in production environments. Proficient in proactive risk mitigation, manage project pipeline to ensure prioritization and required resourcing mix. Consistently sets high performance standards with right mentorship & coaching interventions for team. Ownership & accountability of career progression, performance management, IDP and conflict management. Successful candidate will have a demonstrable analytics problem solving and has the ability to deliver projects in a challenging environment. Strong coordination and project management skills; Excellent analytical, technical, and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data.
