The Client, a steadily growing engineering design firm – now more than 500 employees strong – is seeking an experienced civil engineering project manager to join our Daphne office. In this critical role, you’ll help spur growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients throughout Alabama and the Florida panhandle. From business development, project scoping, and analyzing alternative solutions to leading multi-disciplinary design projects and mentoring our younger professionals, you’ll get the chance to do it all. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients across Alabama and the Florida panhandle. Lead business development, project scoping, and analysis of alternative solutions. Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary design projects. Mentor and guide junior professionals. Understand state and local design criteria and coordinate with clients, consultants, government agencies, and the Client project staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Four to eight years or more of engineering design and construction administration experience in municipal, commercial, industrial, energy, residential, and general land development projects Alabama PE license, or the ability to obtain one within three months.
