Responsibilities Content campaigns and creation (copywriting): email marketing, news and blog posts, LinkedIn, webinar/podcast scripts, web text guides and reports (with on-page knowledge of SEO/GEO/AEO) Complex budgeting and tracking: work across teams and regions to ensure marketing spend stays on budget (across multiple lines of business and marketing channels) Marketing metrics and data: Improve and develop marketing analytics, track progress toward existing KPIs and implement new ones, close data gaps, as well as support decision-making based on ROI-data and larger business goals Lead generation: Drive inbound leads through exemplary thought leadership by developing high-value content and working with our teams to disseminate that content to target audiences (ICPs) Creative marketing campaigns: Collaborate with sales to create impactful campaigns that support lead generation, with some ABM-style campaigns targeting key prospects Leadership Oversee a growing team of marketing specialists (in Latin America and Canada) and work cross-functionally with shared resources team to ensure deliverables land on-time and on-quality Present campaign strategies, regional updates, and marketing data internally and externally, fostering understanding and alignment across teams to meet the business’s shared goals Requirements Minimum of 5-7 years marketing experience, with some leadership experience Deep knowledge of B2B marketing best practices across channels (email, LinkedIn, web, and more) Marketing and budgeting tools: Wordpress, MailChimp, LinkedIn, Elementor, Excel, Monday.com, etc., PowerPoint Exceptional written and spoken communication skills; presentation design Proactive problem-solving and decision-making for campaign design and execution Agility, flexibility, and responsiveness: quick thinking ability to pivot fast Potential for occasional travel (a few times a year to other offices or conferences) Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
